Girish Juneja, MD

Dr. Juneja is currently the Director of Michigan Primary Care Partners and the Medical Director of West Michigan Surgery Center. Dr. Juneja attended JIMPER Medical School in Pondicherry, India and completed his residency at State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Juneja has an extensive background in orthopedic spinal surgery. He is double Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management. He also has his Masters of Science as an Orthopeadic Surgeon. Dr. Juneja has been practicing since 1992.

Melissa Kooistra, PA-C

Melissa attended Grand Valley State University, graduating with a Bachelor's in Health Sciences. She then went on to complete her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2004.

Sara Koenes, PA-C

Sara received her Bachelor's of Arts degree from Western Michigan University. She completed the Physician Assistant program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham with an emphasis in Surgery. Following that she received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has been practicing for over fifteen years and has extensive experience in Chronic Pain Management, Internal Medicine and Psychiatry.

Nicky Snyman, PT

Nicky Snyman received her Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Ola Grimbsby Institute. She has over 20 years experience and her expertise is in manual therapy, joint mobilization, and aquatic therapy.
